My Process
01/Discovery
Every project starts with discovery, a kind of kick off to understand what is being envisioned for the project. What is working, what could be going better, followed by in-depth research, both primary and secondary.
The best way to create a product that is meaningful and innovative is to understand the audience, the overarching business goals and the user pain points.
02/Strategy
Next comes strategy, where correct goal setting comes into play.

Here, we can determine product features and estimate the scope of work that will provide optimal business impact as well as design solutions that fit into problem areas. There has to be a path created for sucess for the product, website or app.
03/Design
Now, we move into the fun part, the design of it all. This tends to happen in more than one step, resulting in more than one deliverable.

Leveraging complied research data and project objectives, we build a seamless, engaging, and desired expereince for the users, meeting goals and creating a level of delight and understanding.
04/Build and Launch
Finally, the long awaited unveil. We are ready to build! This happens when the clickable, fidelity prototype is handing off to developers.

User Expereince Design is never really over, so after the intital launch, there is always room to learn and iterate.
